For direct bookings 30% deposit is required within 14 days of confirmation of reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior arrival. Bookings made with less than thirty days prior arrival require full payment with seven days of confirmation.
Online bookings require full payment at time of booking.
Direct bookings cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival date will be accepted. All monies received less 10% of booking value will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior arrival will not receive a refund, unless the room is rebooked. No refunds for bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior arrival or in the event of a no-show. Cancellation of online bookings will be refunded on the above conditions less 20% cancellation fee. *Direct bookings are those made with Diana Alpine Lodge by email or phone and do not involve a third party.
