All the staff were friendly, and they even fulfilled a small change in my breakfast. The room was clean with enough communal areas. They also have a great location for ski-in and ski-out. Another perfect thing is that Diana is located near the parking area, so it won't be a burden for us to bring our backpack and heavy stuff ourselves without having to pay for accommodation transfer.
